The Independent Study and Mentorship (ISM) program is a rigorous elective course available to high-achieving juniors and seniors across all 12 Frisco ISD high schools.

Research & Development: Original idea generation, product design, and deep research into a chosen industry.

Mentorship: Students connect with local industry professionals, visit workplaces, and shadow experts.
